Think Silence of the Lambs going through police procedural.

"Narcos" returns to Netflix for the third season, which will follow the rise of the Cali Cartel in the wake of Pablo Escobar's death. Can the crime saga survive without its lead actor? The first two series of Narcos Wagner Moura's gave an almost Shakespearean performance as Colombian cocaine baron Pablo Escobar. Now Pablos family are left to carry the series along. Can they handle it?
